Qualifications:
- Preference will go to candidates who have a background in customer service in either a library, in public service or in direct sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs lending functions: check items in/out, register borrower, and place holds.
- Assists customers in using self-checkout equipment and procedures
- Operates various office machines, computer terminals, and other equipment.
- Assists in processing online requests.
- Assists with Children’s programs, including preparation, set up, and clean up.
- Maintains appearance in the Children’s Department.
Status:
- Part-time (17.5 hours per week)
- Evenings and Saturdays included
Hourly Rate:
- $15.50 per hour
