Book Groups

Books & Banter

The library currently offers an adult book group, Books and Banter, which is open to the public, customers may join at any time.  This book group meets on the third Friday of the month in the Conference Room located on the ground floor.

We also offer rotating book discussions throughout the year which are available for registration on our events calendar.

Cozy & Quiet Reading Club

Hey kids! Let's hang out and read together. The last Friday of the month, bring your own book or borrow one of ours, and we will all enjoy some quiet reading time. Afterward, we can share what we have read or not; the choice is yours.

Genre Explorers

Discover something new with the Genre Explorers Book Club! At each bi-monthly meeting, we will hold a lively discussion exploring a book from a different genre or subgenre.

Genre Explorers Book Club will be hosted on the last Monday of the given month.

Participants will be expected to obtain a copy of the book independently. You may place a hold on Minerva using your library card or contact the Auburn Public Library for assistance with how to borrow a copy of this month's selection.
