Lending Associate

Qualifications: 

• Preference will go to candidates who have a background in customer service in either a library, in public service, or in direct sales. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Performs lending functions: check items in/out, register borrowers, place holds, and collect fines. 
• Assists customers in using self-checkout equipment and procedures 
• Operates various office machines, computer terminals, and other equipment.
• Assists in processing online requests. 
• Maintains first-floor appearance.

Status: 

• Part-time (17.5 hours per week) 
• Evenings and Saturdays included 

Hourly Rate: 

• $15.50 per hour
