Today we are hosting a button making drop-in at the Teen Space. We will show you how to use our button maker to transform your art into your own unique accessory. All supplies are included.

Whether it be crocheting, drawing, origami or something else entirely, The Teen Space Craft Club serves as a time to work on any arts and crafts related projects, share advice and learn something new. Crafters of any experience are welcome!

Create Christmas-themed characters from paper towel rolls, glue, pom-poms, and more. Crafty Kids is a weekly crafting program led by local volunteer, Mary Ann Cormier. This program is best for school-aged children with adult supervision.

Story Time is a fun session of storytelling, singing, and crafting. This activity is best suited for children aged between 3 to 5 years and siblings are more than welcome to participate. No prior registration is needed.

Beloved children's book author/illustrator and Maine native, Chris Van Dusen, will be at Auburn Public Library for an author talk!

Stop by the 2nd floor at the Auburn Public Library to play chess with friends and neighbors!

All are welcome, drop-in anytime weekly on Wednesdays between 4:00-5:30 PM.

CareerCenter services will be available at the Auburn Public Library today from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.  A consultant will be on hand to assist with job searches, the preparation of resumes and cover letters and/or provide information on education

Staying safe online is essential in today’s world. This class teaches you how to keep your information and your computer/devices safe.

Stop by APL for an enjoyable and engaging lap-sit program for babies, toddlers, and caregivers. Siblings are also welcome to participate.

Learn about the different types of internet fraud and scams, the dos and don’ts of protecting yourself online and what to do if you have experienced online fraud or abuse.

We have all the LEGOs and space you need, just bring your imagination. Please note that this program is not suitable for very young children due to small pieces presenting a choking hazard. Registration is not required.

The Auburn Public Library Bookstore is now open on Saturday mornings. from 9:30-1:00. Choose from hundreds of gently used books, with most prices under $4. We have books for children, teens, and adults.

Local volunteer Mary Ann Cormier will lead school-aged children and their families in a session of shell découpage using beautiful papers with holiday patterns to allow children to make a handmade gift for a loved one.

We'll provide a beautiful selection of paper and craft materials to handmake cards with local volunteer, Meg Kudlack.

Tiny Tunes is a fun music and movement program for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Siblings are welcome. No registration is required.

Stop by the Teen Space to watch and talk about your favorite anime, draw or color and enjoy snacks with your friends! 

Baking enthusiasts ages 8–12 are welcome to join children's department staff as we layer cookie ingredients into a jar. We'll decorate our jars and send you home with printed instructions to bake the cookies at home.
