May is Mental Health Awareness Month! This week, we’ll be taking the time to create a dedicated mindfulness practice – but what does that look like? Each day, we will try a new exercise that encourages creativity and introspection using exercises from the Yellow Tulip Project’s “Your Daily Creative Practice” program. 

Participants will be given a logbook during our introductory meeting that will be used every meeting. Art supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please plan to attend each session as each session will build off of each other.

Today, we will examine our strengths and limitations. Please bring in a printed photo of yourself (3 inches by 5 inches) or be prepared to draw a quick self portrait.
