The Auburn Public Library Bookstore is now open on Saturday mornings. from 9:30-1:00. Choose from hundreds of gently used books, with most prices under $4. We have books for children, teens, and adults.

Tiny Tunes is a fun music and movement program for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Siblings are welcome. No registration is required.

Do you love a good mystery? Discuss your favorite mysteries and detectives with other mystery fans.

Stop by APL for an enjoyable and engaging lap-sit program for babies, toddlers, and caregivers. Siblings are also welcome to participate.

APL's Playgroup is a drop-in playtime for children aged 5 and under. We'll provide a safe and enjoyable play space with plenty of toys. It's a great opportunity to make new friends while having fun.

APL's Local History Room will be open and available today from 10:00 a.m.

Join Children's Librarian, Brandon Dyer, for a tour of the library, where you will discover the many services offered and learn how to efficiently search the library catalog and databases.

As part of our partnership with the National Digital Equity Center, a Digital Navigator will be available, in the Computer Lab, on select Mondays from 1:00-3:00 pm.  Bailey works within Androscoggin County to help close the digital divide.

Library friends of all ages are encouraged to drop into the children's room for a zen session of coloring mandalas. Get to know your community while creatively expressing yourself to the gentle sounds of soothing music.

With the November election rapidly approaching, Shenna Bellows, Maine's first female Secretary of State, will speak about responsible voting.

Stop by the Teen Space to watch and talk about your favorite anime, draw or color and enjoy snacks with your friends! Snacks included.

This event is a workshop with Isabella Rotman, a cartoonist and illustrator whose work is about women, loneliness, the ocean, the woods, and bodily autonomy.

Drop into the Maggie Trafton Room and create a turtle using pom-poms with local volunteer, Mary Ann Cormier. This program is best for school-aged children with adult supervision. No registration is required.

Take some time to slow down and dive deeper into the poses, while gaining strength, flexibility, and core balance.  Use the power of your breath to slowly move through your practice with intention and introspection in this vinyasa-style class

Mr. Brandon is excited to introduce children to one of his favorite hobbies–diamond art. This involves using an adhesive canvas that has symbols and numbers to correspond with different colored gems.

Stop by the Teen Space to make your own diamond art accessory! Beginner and experienced diamond artists are welcome. Supplies are limited, so registration is required.
