APL's Playgroup is a delightful playtime for children aged 5 and under. We'll provide a safe and enjoyable play space with plenty of toys. It's a great opportunity to make new friends while having fun.

The Auburn Public Library Bookstore is now open on Saturday mornings. from 9:30-1:00. Choose from hundreds of gently used books, with most prices under $4. We have books for children, teens, and adults.

Tiny Tunes is a fun music and movement program for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Siblings are welcome. No registration is required.

Story Time is a fun session of storytelling, singing, and crafting. This activity is best suited for children aged between 3 to 5 years and siblings are more than welcome to participate. No prior registration is needed.

Drop into the Teen Space to play games and socialize with fellow homeschool students. Activities like board games, crafts, and puzzles are provided, but you’re welcome to bring activities from home.

Grab a friend and come visit the Teen Space to play the Banking Basics card game, where participants will learn about common banking products and services in this interactive team based challenge.

We have all the LEGOs and space you need, just bring your imagination. Please note that this program is not suitable for very young children due to small pieces presenting a choking hazard. Registration is not required.

Join the St. Mary's Nutrition Center garden team on Earth Day to plant mini-greenhouse containers from recycled materials.  Containers, soil, and seeds will be provided.

Community Credit Union's Financial & Life Navigator, Ginger Leigh Smith, will be on site at the Auburn Public Library today.  The navigator can help with resource coordination, financial education, and serves as a conduit for stability in

Have you ever wanted to make your own comic? If you’re unsure what to write, not sure how to produce your comic or if you’re interested in how comics are made, stop by the Teen Space and get some ideas! 

Make an eco-friendly library tote bag using a T-shirt you bring from home, or one provided by the library. We'll provide everything you need to personalize your project with fabric markers, fabric paints, and pony beads.

To commemorate Earth Day, youth will be given a mason jar with a pre-drilled hole in the lid. Glass paint will be provided for creating personalized tumblers. Each child will be given a reusable straw to pair with their tumblers.

Whether it be crocheting, drawing, origami or something else entirely, The Teen Space Craft Club serves as a time to work on any arts and crafts related projects, share advice and learn something new.

We welcome you to create a colorful paper hand parrot with local volunteer, Mary Ann Cormier. This project is best for school-aged children with adult supervision. No registration is required.
