May is Mental Health Awareness Month! This week, we’ll be taking the time to create a dedicated mindfulness practice – but what does that look like?

Meet the author of this year's Lewiston/Auburn Community, Ryan T. Higgins. Ryan will sign copies of his books for customers, conduct a Q&A session, and discuss his career in children's literature.

Drop into the children's department to play board games with your friends and family. We'll provide a small selection of games, but feel free to bring your own. No registration is required.

Calling all young scientists and researchers! Auburn Public Library will be hosting our first Homeschool Science Fair for students in grades 4th through 8th.

As part of our partnership with the National Digital Equity Center, a Digital Navigator will be available, in the Computer Lab, on select Mondays from 1:00-3:00 pm.  Bailey works within Androscoggin County to help close the digital divide.

This book group calls itself The Tuesday Mystery Club, a name similar to The Thursday Murder Club.  The group selects different types of mysteries to read each month, and books range from recent publications to older ones.

Story Time is a fun session of storytelling, singing, and crafting. This activity is best suited for children aged between 3 to 5 years and siblings are more than welcome to participate. No prior registration is needed.

Try 2D floral arrangement in a patterned paper vase. Crafty Kids is a weekly crafting program led by local volunteer Mary Ann Cormier and children's library staff. This program is best for school-aged children with adult supervision.
