This is a combination of an educational presentation and a companion tee-shirt craft (Please bring a personalized tee-shirt to dye with).
Learn about our local pollinators, featuring bees, bats, hummingbirds, beetles, dragonflies, and butterflies. These important critters help pollinate our orchards, backyard gardens, and rainforests.
Some questions youth will have answered are How do we build and maintain habitat to help our pollinators? What time of year should we mow our fields that are most beneficial to pollinators? What about all those dandelions that first appear in the Spring? To mow or not to mow!
