Chef Larry Canepa will be the featured speaker at the Auburn Public Library on December 11 at 2:00 p.m. Chef Larry’s talk will be about holidays which are a time to gather with family and friends, celebrate shared values, and reflect on the beauty of life. We all have holidays we hold dear. Yet, most of us are only familiar with the holidays in our own cultures and communities. This presentation of popular holidays from around the world will introduce you to beautiful traditions and celebrations that take place all over the globe. Chef Larry Canepa is a Certified Culinary Educator and presents classes on food and culture on Zoom. His motto is “to eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art”.
This program will take place in person, in the Androscoggin Community Room. No registration is required.
