Learn and grow together in this 60 minute Family Yoga class. Participants can expect to build confidence, and cultivate a sense of curiosity and fun as we explore the ancient practice of yoga together by paring poses (asana) and breathing (pranayama). Kids and their parents should expect to fully participate, so wear loose, breathable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Come with an open mind and an open heart. This yoga class is best suited for ages 5 and up!
